• A beautiful, organic herbal blend evocative of a wild-flower meadow. Le Hammeau is a Bellocq original best-seller. Organic lemongrass and verbena refresh and soothe with the addition of lavender, rose petals, mint, and sage. Refreshing and light-hearted, this caffeine-free tisane may be enjoyed all day

• Delicious iced as well as hot. It's recommended to be served alongside garnishes of thin slices of orange and a sprig of just plucked mint, sage, or lavender

• To Brew:

• 2 tsp loose leaf tea per 8 oz / 250 ml of water

• (82°C / 180°F) Bring fresh, cold filtered or spring water to a boil. Remove from heat and then set aside for 3 minutes before using to steep

• Brew for 5-10 minutes, using a metal tea infuser or a paper filter from Bellocq to create your own tea bags

• Good for 1-2 infusions
