Delivery Policy

UK

Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery. £5 for orders under £60. Estimated delivery time from order placed is typically 2-4 working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 HR delivery.

• Orders made before 12 pm are typically processed on the same day (working days)
• Please allow 0-24 hours for handling time after the order is processed. 
• Orders are not processed on the weekends.
• Once an order has been dispatched allow 2-3 working days for delivery. 
• If you need expedited delivery, please reach out by email or chat. This is not always possible but we will try and accommodate every request.  

Please note, there are sometimes Royal Mail delays which are outside of our control and which we do not have visibility on. We can't control the exact details of how Royal Mail deliver a parcel or if there are local operational issues but we will always ensure the parcel reaches you or refund you in full

Europe 

£12 delivery charge.

• Estimated delivery time 6 -10 working days
• Orders from the EU which are less than 150 EUR / 135 GBP will have taxes and VAT included at checkout which means you will not be asked to pay any extra charges 
• For orders greater than 150 EUR / 135 GBP VAT and import duties will be the responsibility of the buyer and will likely be requested by the courier before release of goods 

REST OF THE WORLD

£25 delivery charge. Estimated delivery time 10-15 working days.

Delivery times are estimated and subject to delays which are outside the control of La Gent.

Any customs duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer, other than those specified above for the EU IOSS Scheme. Orders under 150 EUR / 135 GBP.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of an order for payment verification and other reasons. You will be contacted if there is a delay to dispatching your order.

 

EAU DE PARFUM & NAIL POLISH 

Perfume and nail polish are considered dangerous goods and can only be dispatched by specialist courier services. For locations outside of the EU, we can only deliver these items with a supplementary delivery fee which is usually about 100-125 USD. 

On occasion there may be a supplementary delivery charge for certain locations or larger items. We reserve the right to request this supplementary charge before dispatching the order.
