La Gent Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion

The promotion is the La Gent Survey Prize Draw , run to reward participants who complete the La Gent customer survey.

3. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to individuals who:

  • Are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry; and

  • Are residents of countries to which La Gent ships.

Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the La Gent survey and submit their email address in the penultimate survey question.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will not be accepted.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the closing date will not be valid.

5. Opening and Closing Date

  • The Prize Draw opens when the survey invitation email is first sent.

  • The Prize Draw closes on Sunday 22 February 2026 at 11:59pm (UK time).

Winners will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date. Winners must respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

6. Number of Winners and Selection

  • There will be two (2) winners.

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

7. Prize

Each winner will receive:

  • One £50 La Gent discount code

    • No minimum spend

    • No cash alternative

Discount code conditions:

  • Single-use only

  • Valid for one order per winner

  • Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions

  • Can be used on sale items

  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards

  • Applies to product value only (does not apply to shipping costs, taxes, or duties)

The discount code will expire 6 months from the date of issue.

8. Currency for International Winners

For winners shopping in currencies other than GBP, the £50 value will be converted automatically at checkout using La Gent’s standard exchange rate at the time of purchase.

9. How the Prize Is Delivered

The prize will be delivered by email, in the form of a unique discount code, sent to the email address provided in the survey.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Email addresses collected as part of this Prize Draw will be used solely for the administration of the Prize Draw, including contacting winners.

  • Entry into the Prize Draw does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing emails.

  • Marketing communications are optional and require a separate, explicit opt-in.

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

11. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues, system failures, or network problems.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
