Inspired by classic, dew-studded English gardens. The Queen's Guard from Bellocq is a perfect afternoon tea, celebrating two favourite early summer flowers, rose and lavender. Well-balanced, elegant, and remarkably well-suited with a slice of lemon-scented loaf cake, drizzled with icing
- Note: The caddy colour may arrive in either yellow or blue
- To Brew:
- 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 8 oz / 250 ml of water
- (90°C / 195°F) Bring fresh, cold filtered or spring water to a boil. Remove from heat and then set aside for 30 seconds to 1 minute before using to steep
- Brew for 4-6 minutes, using a metal tea infuser or a paper filter from Bellocq to create your own tea bags
- Good for 2 infusions
- Blended in Brooklyn
