• Bellocq Tea Atelier, located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, has turned nearly a decade of sourcing and blending the finest loose leaf tea and botanicals into a devoted and articulate history of tea connoisseurship. Their carefully selected, single-origin offerings originate from the finest estates in around the world and are exclusively loose leaf tea, almost entirely organic, and sourced from high elevation gardens

• An invigorating, full-bodied blend of organic Indian, Chinese, and Ceylon black teas, this smooth, signature blend from Bellocq offers round toasted notes of honey, malt, and a touch of leather. At once robust and comforting, this gently warming brew can be enjoyed as is or with milk and wild flower honey. A winsome take on the classic breakfast blend

• Note: The caddy colour may arrive in either yellow or blue

• To Brew:

• 1 tsp loose leaf tea per 8 oz / 250 ml of water

• (90°C / 195°F) Bring fresh, cold filtered or spring water to a boil. Remove from heat and then set aside for 30 seconds to 1 minute before using to steep

• Brew for 4-6 minutes, using a metal tea infuser or a paper filter from Bellocq to create your own tea bags

• Good for 2 infusions
